How can I lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?
I do work outs a couple of times a week. I also eat a lot. I love food and I can’t help it. Also if you could suggest easy exercises to burn belly fat or gain muscle, I’ll appreciate it. I know I could use weights but besides that and push ups. I just want to at least get a flat stomach. That’s my goal. But not like totally flat like skinny.

to lose that much weight in two weeks is probably gonna be REALLY unhealthy. as in, don’t worry about losing that much weight because its probably not gonna happen based upon your body type if i’m right.
first of all, to have a flat stomach, your body fat percentage needs to be below 10% at the bare minimum. i recommend doing a lot of cardio workouts and body weight workouts (push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, etc.). as for weights, do low weight and high reps for your exercises.
and THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL, you WILL NEVER be able to have a flat stomach unless you change your diet. some people get lucky with genetics and a fast metabolism, but if that’s not you, then you have to suck it up. YES YOU CAN HELP IT, otherwise you won’t be able to obtain your goal of a flatter stomach. you NEED to cut back. don’t say you can’t cuz your just lying to yourself. you HAVE to cut back on what you eat too. NO MORE cheeseburgers, no more high calorie foods, MORE vegetables, some fruit, and more whole grains. a common misconception is that carbs are bad for you, there are two kinds. the good, and the bad. as long as YOU BURN the carbs, its ok. if all you do is eat them and then don’t do the work to burn them off, it becomes fat, so don’t be lazy. you can also allow yourself ONE cheat day where you get to eat anything and everything you want, BUT ONLY one day out of the week, so choose which one it is wisely and then stick to it. don’t alternate days or it will create a bad habit of constantly making excuses to switch it, regretting you switched it, etc.
work out at least three times a week if you can. do at least a half hour (or more) of cardio and then do at least a half hour (or more) of weights if you have them or if you go to the gym. for the weights, alternate the body sections you work everyday, meaning that if you did arms one day, you need to give them a rest the next day so they can rebuild themselves. (example: monday you do arms, tuesday you do legs, wednesday go back to arms, and so on). mix up the workouts and make sure you are pushing yourself, cuz if its not burnin, then your not gonna see any worthwhile results.
so, a half hour or more of cardio and a half hour or more of weights three times a week, preferably at least five days a week. EAT RIGHT or NOTHING WILL CHANGE and drink plenty of water. also, don’t do all this work just for two weeks and then quit. keeping a flat stomach ABSOLUTELY requires that working out and eating healthy become a part of your LIFE, your habits, and your routine. ignore miracle promises. they’re lies.
by the way, it helps if you work out to some fast music. try yellowcard for example. and see if you can find a buddy to work out or go the gym with. that helps LOADS.
best of luck.
I had your same problem. I ran on the tradmill 2 miles a day, even at a jogging pace, and my stomach went instantly flat. It seems like my legs should have been wha got toned but for some reason it was my stomach. At it happened VERY quickly about 2 weeks or less. I eat alot also lol. Try special k diet while u do the 2 mile thing daily. You will lose the 10 pounds i promise
im in the same position your in. all i know is goggle or yahoo kendra (the playboy model that just had a baby) lost 10 pounds in 10 days!
lol. Believe it or not it’s good to eat to burn body fat! Just make sure you’re eating whole foods (no fast foods, junk foods, or ANYTHING processed) and you’re spacing your meals out 2-3 hours apart. Always aim to eat 5-6 small meals rather than the traditional 3 big meals most Americans eat. Whatever you do though, DON’T CRASH diet but rather keep your caloric deficit to maybe 15% below your weight maintenance level. Doing this will keep your metabolic rate up high instead of putting your body into starvation mode, which will prevent you from losing fat! As for an exercise program, try to stick with compound movements (squats, bench presses, lunges, pull ups, push ups, etc.) and do them in a circuit with minimal rest. This will give you the best of both worlds by keeping your heart rate high (aerobic) and training for strength (anaerobic). Do this three times a week and do some high intensity interval cardio twice a week on days you don’t circuit train. I know your goal is to flatten your tummy but unfortunately, spot reducing is not physically possible. Your body will get rid of the fat from your body as it sees fit. Just remember to keep at it and you’ll eventually get there. And oh yeah, drink plenty of water. I hope this helps and good luck!
Well first off i had the same problem, so i had to do some changes. I would eat 3 small really healthy portions a day. Then at the end of the day i would run/walk/jog 2 miles1/2 then i would do lunges and drink lots of water only. With that routine i lost 4 to 5 pounds a week, but every ones’ (body) is different, but just try it.
Hope i helped!
Eating only when your hungry and becoming physically active would help a lot. Also, don’t TRY to diet. I think it only makes you want to eat more. So, instead of reaching for that candy bar when your hungry, try eating something healthier. For example:
-eat eggs: Dig in to eggs, yolks and all: They won’t harm your heart, but they can help you trim inches. Women on a low-calorie diet who ate an egg with toast and jelly each morning lost twice as many pounds as those who had a bagel breakfast with the same number of calories but no eggs.
